RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • A RESERVATION can be made through our website up to 90 days in advance of the date, not including the date itself (e.g., a reservation can be made on May 18th for Aug. 16th, 2017), and until 3 days prior to the date, not including the date itself (e.g., a reservation can be made through the website until June 30th for July 3rd., 2017)
  • ONLY ONE reservation can be made per group or individual.
  • You will receive an email message from us twice to confirm the reservation; right after you requested the reservation and after the request is approved, which will be sent to you in three (3) business days. If for some reason your request does not reach us and you do not receive an email from us, please check your “spam folder” in case it was accidentally sent there, or please resend the request to info@shizukokoro.com and wait for a confirmation email from us.
  • If you would like to CANCEL, CHANGE THE DATE, or CHANGE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE, please send us an email at info@shizukokoro.com or call us at 81-3-5830-3449. A confirmation email will be sent to you in response to the request. If your request does not reach us for some reason and you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 5 working days, please resend the request and wait for a confirmation email from us.
