RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
- RESERVATION is required at least six hours prior to the requested time slot.
- ONLY ONE reservation can be made per group or individual.
- PAYMENT IS REQUIRED in advance to finalize the booking (due date is 48 hours before the reserved date).
Once the payment is processed, it is non-refundable. However, you can change the date and time upon availability.
- SEVERAL EMAILS WILL BE SENT. The first confirming the reception of your request, the second, an approval of the reservation, the third, sending a link to the payment page and the fourth to inform you of the receipt of payment.
- If you would like to CANCEL, CHANGE THE DATE, or CHANGE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 81-70-8977-4187. A confirmation email will be sent to you in response to the request. If your request does not reach us for some reason and you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 5 working days, please resend the request and wait for a confirmation email from us.
