RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
- A RESERVATION can be made through our website up to 90 days in advance.
- ONLY ONE reservation can be made per group or individual.
- THREE EMAILS WILL BE SENT TO YOU. First email for a confirmation of your reservation, second email for an approval of the reservation and third email for sending you a link for a payment page.
- PAYMENT IS REQUIRED in advance to finalize the booking. Once the payment is processed, it is not refundable. However, you can change the date and time upon availability.
- If you would like to change the reservation, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 81-3-5830-3449. A confirmation email will be sent to you in response to the request. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, please resend the request and wait for a confirmation email from us.
