RESERVATION POLICY

- RESERVATION is required at least two hours prior to the requested time slot.
- ONLY ONE RESERVATION can be made per group or individual. If multiple reservations under the same name/group are made, we will contact you to request cancellation on one of them. Please understand that we will charge both workshop fees as-is, if you do not confirm or proceed to cancel the duplicated booking.
- SEVERAL EMAILS WILL BE SENT after reservation submission. Please keep in mind to check all of them to finalize your booking. The first confirms the reception of your request, the second, an approval of the reservation, the third, sending a link for the payment page. Lastly, the fourth is to inform you of the receipt of payment.
- PAYMENT IS REQUIRED in advance to finalize the booking. Payment deadline is 48 hours before the workshop date. Once the payment is processed, it is non-refundable. However, you can change the date and time upon request (based on availability). See below CANCELLATION POLICY.
- PRIVATE SESSION
The capacity of each workshop is normally six people who share the same booking time slot. However, we are happy to accommodate a private session.To book a private session, we ask you to reserve the entire time slot by paying a minimum of ¥33,000 tax inclusive for up to six people. (Please note, basic capacity per session could be increased upon request by paying an additional fee of ¥5,500 tax inclusive per additional person for up to eight people. Contact us if your private session is for a party of seven or more).
To proceed, please follow the below instructions on our reservation form:
- Put the number 6 in the <No. of people> column.
- On the <Message> column, please write down the actual number of participants. Please note that it might not be set up for private use unless you mention it in the message. For example, “We are booking this time slot as a private session for three people. All are adults.”
- Submit the booking form with all other necessary information filled out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

- If you would like to CANCEL, CHANGE THE DATE, or CHANGE THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE, please send us an email at info@shizukokoro.com or call us at 81-70-8977-4187. A confirmation email will be sent to you in response to the request. If your request does not reach us for some reason and you do not receive a confirmation email from us within five working days, please resend the request and wait for a confirmation email from us.
ABOUT REFUNDS

- However, you can move the date or time upon request (based on availability).
